Data Processing
You enter your billing data into your computer just as you do
now. Then transmit the data via modem - anytime - 24 hours a
day, seven days a week, or connect to our web page, enter your
special password and transmit from there. You may also choose
to ship your data on disk.
Variable Imaging
Your data is retrieved and an immediate acknowledgement is sent
to confirm that your information has been received. Next, your
particular documents are printed on our high speed laser
printers.
Enveloping
Your statements, bills or letters are folded and inserted with
a return envelope (and any statement stuffers you provide us),
into a double-window envelope.
Presorting
Your mail is presorted with clean postal address and barcoded
for faster delivery.

Your job is delivered to the Post Office for timely
distribution to your customers.
Reconciliation
After all processing is completed, you receive itemized reports
detailing quantities, dates and addressing notes.
